I'm sorry to send you a pm. But correct information regarding this issue is spread over many different forums/tweets and I would like to get your current position on reserved slots.
Are they on your list of things to come? I didn't see it on the todo list you posted. Any information in this regard is appreciated.
I've been told this would not be implemented because kicking someone would prevent a player from getting his stats/unlocks if kicked before the end of the round. If this is the logic behind it, admins like myself will just manually kick players and the issue remains (and often have to kick a few players so the player who pays for the server can get in...instead of being automated and kicking just enough to make room for the players who pay for the server).
If I need to spearhead a campaign to up vote this issue on reddit I will do so...I just feel like I don't know where to get a direct answer on this issue; much less express the desires of my gaming community.
If you would respond to this message I would be very grateful because I just want a straight answer and sometimes they seem hard to come across.

I'm sorry that I omitted this issue in my list of popular community concerns. Please know that we do know that this is an important desire within the community, especially among server admins.
I will add this to my list of issues to track and keep you updated on.
Not knowing the exact reasoning that the online team is using or having a direct insight into their process for potential changes to these matters, I don't know that my opinion on this matter would be of any help. I can say, though, that I appreciate and understand where you're coming from this and your logic seems sound.
