Saying things like all Americans are inbred. Americans are stupid, etc. Unprovoked.

Question: When was the alleged cheater doing the above actions? (use a relative term like..right now!!; or 20 min. ago!!! or Yesterday!!!!but I just got around to reporting it. (That way an administrator can figure out when it happened in their time zone based on the time stamp on the report.
